




We enjoyed a great day at the farm and feasted on a huge and yummy brunch of 3 quiches, Swedish sausages, a Swedish pancake cake with layers of homemade whipped cream and strawberry/rhubarb sauce, a variety of cheese and meats to begin the festivities and an array of scrumptious baked goods from the Flying Pelican bakery and the other bakery in Stockholm. Plus, Greg made homemade doughnuts just like Grandma Emelia used to make. All of this: in celebration of mom! Of course, we missed the rest of the family! We miss you guys! How about a big family picnic at the farm this summer! eh?
